What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we record the details you enter: your name, email address and — where you provide them — company name, telephone number, website, the products or services you are interested in, quantities, budgets, dates, delivery location and any notes. We also record the date and time of the enquiry and its progress status.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and keep a record of our dealings with you. Marketing emails are only sent if you tick the separate consent box, and you can ask us to stop at any time without affecting your enquiry.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a secure hosted database. Access is restricted to authorised RJW Innovations users who have signed in; the information is not publicly readable and is not sold or shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
A retention period is still to be confirmed by the business owner. Our intention is to keep enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Your quote list is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh; it is only sent to us when you submit a quotation request.
